What I mean by a debt strategist.
The mortgage needs to work alongside your other obligations, savings, and next move. I start with the result you want: a home purchase, lower monthly pressure, a clearer payoff plan, or access to equity for a defined purpose. Then we compare the financing choices against that result.
That means looking beyond the rate. Upfront costs, the full payment, remaining debt, liquidity, and how long you expect to keep the loan all belong in the conversation. Sometimes the useful outcome is understanding why keeping your current mortgage deserves consideration.
How working with me remotely works.
Start with a conversation
Tell me your goal, timeline, property location, and the numbers you already know. We can meet by phone or video.
Build a comparison
We review available paths, their assumptions, upfront cash, monthly cost, and tradeoffs. I explain which questions still need underwriting or property review.
Move through the application
When you are ready, use the secure application and document process. We work through the information and conditions required for your financing.
Revisit the plan
As your goals or mortgage change, a review can help determine whether another action is worth considering. A rate move alone is not a reason to replace a good loan.
Verify licensing and lending availability.
My individual NMLS ID is 200900. Mortgage services are provided through NEXA Lending (NEXA Mortgage, LLC), NMLS #1660690. I am based in Sacramento and work remotely where properly licensed. Availability depends on the state, property, lender, and program.
Use the official NMLS record for current licensing and sponsorship information, and confirm availability for your property before applying. A remote process does not mean every product is available in every state.
